Alliance Chorale Concert

The Mount Union Alliance Chorale will hold its Winter Concert, on Sunday, December 1 at 3 p.m. in Brush Performance Hall in the Giese Center for the Performing Arts on the University of Mount Union campus. 

 This year’s special guest artist is Thomas Scurich, baritone.

 Works from the show include Ralph Vaughan Williams' “Fantasia on Christmas Carols,” PDQ Bach’s “Throw the Yule Log On, Uncle John,”  “O Little Town of Hackensack” and “Good King Kong Looked Out.” Additional pieces by Gustav Holst and Mark Hayes will also be part of the program.

 The Mount Union Alliance Chorale includes a combination of community members and University of Mount Union students and faculty. The chorale has performed together since 1982.

 Tickets are $8 and free for all students. They can be purchased through the University of Mount Union Box Office at mountunion.edu/boxoffice, by phone at (330) 821-2565 or in-person Monday-Friday from 2:30-4:30 p.m. when classes are in session and one hour prior to the start of the performance.
