ALLIANCE, Ohio — John Frazier, vice president for student affairs and dean of students at the University of Mount Union, has accepted a two-year (2020-22) appointment and will serve on the Ohio College Personnel Association (OCPA) Executive Board as the Don Schweingruber Senior Student Affairs Officer. 

Frazier has served in his current role at Mount Union for 13 years. A long-time member of OCPA, Frazier was awarded the Gerald L. Saddlemire Mentor Award in 2018. In 2019, he entertained the membership with a memorable keynote address at the annual conference.

A native of Tiffin, Frazier earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Heidelberg University and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of Akron.
