DORADO, Puerto Rico – One of only 15 higher education institutions in Ohio to earn a four-star rating or higher, the University of Mount Union is proud to be named one of the Best Colleges in America from “Money” for 2023. 

Introducing its new star rating system for 2023, “Money” aims to find colleges and universities that combine quality and affordability. Its methodology included analyzing graduation rates, cost of attendance, financial aid, alumni salaries and more.

Mount Union’s distinguished four-star rating is in part due to nearly 99% of its students receiving some form of financial aid and its awarding of more than $36 million in grants and scholarships each year. The data from “Money” also found that 76% of Mount Union graduates earn more than the average high school graduate, which is fifth best in Ohio.
