The Role of the Office of Organizational Impact
The Office of Organizational Impact works with various areas of campus to carry out the following:
- Organizational Impact Leadership and the Organizational Impact Coalition: Develop and execute strategies to cultivate and enhance a high-performing culture across the campus community, fostering a sense of belonging, empowerment, and collaboration among all students and employees.
- Academic Affairs: Champion and integrate values into campus culture, student engagement, and organizational impact strategies; ensure that the campus environment supports equitable access and opportunities for all students and employees, regardless of background.
- Student Services: Ensure that student initiatives complement employee programs and reinforce a unified, positive campus culture; develop engagement opportunities and programs to cultivate and enhance a high-performing culture across the campus community, fostering a sense of belonging, empowerment, and collaboration among all students.
- Student Recruitment: Support undergraduate and graduate recruitment of underrepresented populations in programs to ensure equal opportunities for all students.
