Mount Union Students to Showcase Engineering Prototypes at April 28 Expo
April 18, 2022ALLIANCE, Ohio – Students at the University of Mount Union will showcase their engineering projects at the University of Mount Union’s fourth annual Engineering and Entrepreneurship Design Expo on Thursday, April 28 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Oak Hall on Mount Union’s campus.
The event features poster presentations from the senior engineering capstone projects including projects in biomedical, civil, computer, electrical and mechanical engineering. Multidisciplinary student design teams will also present on their product design and development projects.
Also featured during the event will be the students who participated in the international engineering experience, who traveled to Nigeria over spring break. Additionally, new toy and yard game prototypes, which were created by interdisciplinary groups of engineering and entrepreneurship students, will be demonstrated.
The Expo, which is free and open to the public, presents an opportunity to see the overall products of the students’ talent and hard work.
