The University of Mount Union’s Master of Education in Ohio principal licensure program is designed to offer flexibility and versatility. For educational professionals that may be working in Ohio, the M.Ed. program offers the Ohio Principal’s License (PK-6, 4-9 and 5-12).
The University’s Master of Education program is approved by the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) and the Higher Learning Commission to offer the Ohio Principal’s License (PK-6, 4-9 and 5-12).
Graduates of the M.Ed. in Ohio principal licensure program with the Ohio Principal’s License have the opportunity to pursue positions, such as:
- Principal
- Head or division head of an independent school
- Teacher leader
- Department head
- Grade level team leader
- Leadership position at any non-profit organization
- Working in a central office or supervisory capacity
- Curriculum director
