Audra (Lee ’04) Youngen Named Director of Alumni Engagement and University Activities at Mount Union
July 08, 2019ALLIANCE, Ohio – Audra (Lee ’04) Youngen has been named director of alumni engagement and university activities at the University of Mount Union. In her role, she will lead efforts to share the institutional story and provide meaningful engagement opportunities for alumni and friends of Mount Union.
“We’re thrilled to have someone with such history and connection to the university serve in this role,” Greg King, vice president of university advancement said. “Her previous experience in the Office of Admissions, along with her work with the board of trustees and the president, really allowed her to get a full scope of some really critical components of our institution. I know our alumni will enjoy getting to know her both personally and professionally.”
“I’m blessed to be given this opportunity and I’m so excited to be in this new role at Mount Union,” Youngen stated. “I’m looking forward to connecting with alums to learn about their experiences and to build relationships with them.”
Youngen has been with Mount Union since 2005 and has previously worked in the Office of Admission and as assistant to the president and Board of Trustees. She graduated from Mount in 2004 with a Bachelor of arts in psychology. The Office of Alumni Engagement and University Activities is located in the lower level of Beeghly Hall.
