Post Graduate Outcomes

Knowing how our students are faring after graduation is important to us.  That’s why, each year, the Office of Career Development asks our recent graduates to share their employment and continuing education experiences with us by completing a First-Destination Survey.  This survey is designed to capture information collected by National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) to determine how new college graduates are faring in their careers.  The feedback we receive also provides us with information about initial alumni success and strategies for improving Career Development programs.  We have posted summary results from our most recent survey on this page and have provided links to additional employment data.

We invite our current students to go to our Career Development webpage for more information on post-graduation planning.

For additional information on First-Destination Survey results or student success data in general, please contact the Office of Institutional Effectiveness at effectiveness@mountunion.edu.
