Choosing Mount Union
I decided to attend Mount Union for graduate school because it was highly recommended by a colleague. They said it was the best school to attend to obtain an Ohio Principal's License. The staff, especially Dr. Capel and Dr. Edgehouse are what set Mount Union apart from other programs. They met with me to plan out my schedule and are always willing to help. I have only been attending Mount Union for a few weeks, but I have already learned how to better utilize Google within my classroom and have obtained skills on how to better communicate with colleagues.
Career Goals as an Educator
I am a Kindergarten Teacher. I am pursuing an Ohio Principal License because I would love to work in Administration in the future. But I would love to become an SEL Coordinator. I love working with kids and I want to help them receive the best experience and education.
