Braydon Lazzara ’24 made history as the first University of Mount Union student to attend and present at the Injury Biomechanics Symposium at The Ohio State University, held from May 22-24. Lazzara’s research studied the secondary effects of heading a soccer ball on the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the knee.

Students Volunteer in Alliance Clean-Up Efforts

The Regula Center at Mount Union coordinated a Saturday morning of service for students on April 23. Volunteers from Mount Union worked alongside the local Kiwanis and Key Clubs and community members with an interest in downtown. Volunteers worked with a city commission to do a clean-up on Main Street and assisted with spring clean-up at Memorial Park.
