Teacher Education Program

Mount Union's Teacher Education Program is based on the guidelines suggested by the Ohio Department of Education and the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).

The engineering programs are housed in the Engineering and Business (EBB) Building at the University of Mount Union, Alliance, OH. Check out the state-of-the-art facilities and equipment that are available to students.

Performing Opportunities

The University of Mount Union's Department of Performing Arts provides aspiring music and theatre professionals, as well as non-majors, the opportunity to perform with a number of ensembles in five areas: choir, orchestra, piano, band and instrumental music, and theatre.

Communication studies classes are held in the Kolenbrander-Harter Information Center.

Great Teacher

The Great Teacher Award was established in 1962 by the Mount Union Alumni Association.

Piano Program

Students interested in studying piano should look into the piano program at the University of Mount Union.

Choral Program

The University of Mount Union offers a comprehensive choral music program, which is open to ALL students, not just students who major in music; we take great pride in the fact that our vocal/choral ensembles are comprised of musicians from virtually every academic discipline on campus.

Office of the University Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar is responsible for providing the academic record-keeping function required by Mount Union and providing a large part of the planning, management, and operational information required by the University.
