The Office of Enrollment Management oversees the admission of all new students to the University along with providing financial aid to both new and current students. We work closely with students, parents, faculty, and alumni to coordinate recruitment efforts. The Office of Enrollment Management determines the strategy and high-level tactics utiliized in the recruitment of students to the University of Mount Union. We also oversee tuition exchange for the University.

Admission
The Office of Admission recruits and counsels domestic undergraduate and graduate students applying for admission to the University. We reach out to high schools, high school guidance counselors, parents, community colleges, and others to promote the University of Mount Union on an individual level. The Office of Admission also schedules campus visits and organizes large group visits to the University.

Student Financial Aid
The Office of Student Financial Aid assists students and parents with the financial aid process. The office offers in-person and phone appointments for current and prospective students. We help families with filling out all required financial aid documents including the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our office also gives advice on borrowing and money management. We manage the awarding, disbursing, and reconciliation of all federal, state, and institutional financial aid and student employment by overseeing the hiring of students. The Office of Student Financial Aid also does financial aid presentations for University, local high school, and recruitment events.

International Admission
The Office of International Admission provides guidance and information to prospective international students interested in pursuing a degree program at the University of Mount Union. We reach out to interested prospective international students to provide assistance with completing the application, credential evaluation, and initial immigration advising for students arriving on F-1 or J-1 visas. The Office of International Admission also provides ongoing immigration support for current students and scholars once they arrive on our campus.

Enrollment Operations
The Office of Enrollment Operations primarily manages the processing of all materials as they relate to admission to the University (transcripts, test scores, recommendations, etc.) and enrollment deposits. Present and historical applicant data is housed within this office. We are also responsible for supporting the Office of Admission with outreach, recruitment, admission, and enrollment of all undergraduate and graduate programs.
